Scott Kessler - Owner, TOD & TODSLT

As the driving force behind Truckee Overhead Door, Scott understands the needs of mountain living and running a successful business. His approach is straightforward: deliver the highest quality work, treat customers like friends, and make sure no detail is overlooked.

Outside of work, Scott is deeply rooted in the region, supporting local events, non-profits and youth programs. You can often find him enjoying the outdoors –skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking or spending time with friends and family.

 

 

Nick App - Operations Manager, TOD;  Co-Owner TODSLT
Nick joined TOD as a technician and proved himself a quick study. With over 17 years of hands-on garage door experience, he oversees the day-to-day flow of projects, coordinates technicians and scheduling in a dynamic environment. 

He developed his operations management style at Truckee Overhead door which includes a strong problem-solving mindset. His mission is to stay on time, on budget, and in line with Truckee Overhead Door’s high standards. He works closely with technicians, suppliers, and customers to keep communication clear and service seamless.

 

Outside of work, Nick enjoys Truckee’s outdoor lifestyle, from golf and snowmobiling to time with his family. He values the close-knit nature of the Truckee community and is committed to making sure Truckee Overhead Door remains a trusted local partner.

 

Charity Buzynnyi - Financial Operations Manager

Charity has been a cornerstone of TOD for more than 20 years, playing an essential role in the support of the company’s growth and stability. As Financial Operations Manager, she oversees all aspects of the fiscal health of the company.

Her decades-long commitment means Charity knows the business inside and out, giving her insight into aligning financial strategy with operational needs. She’s as comfortable discussing long-term growth plans with the leadership team as she is helping a customer navigate a billing question.

When she’s not managing numbers or running payroll, she spends time with her family and friends camping, enjoying the outdoors and going to Disneyland!

 

Megan Streeter - Sales Manager & Operations Coordinator

With 10 years at Truckee Overhead Door, Megan Streeter leads the sales charge for installation projects, serving as the main point of contact for our installation customers—especially local contractors. She ensures that every project moves seamlessly from the sales stage through installation, coordinating closely with the operations team to keep timelines on track and quality at the forefront.

Megan also plays a vital role in supporting Operations with purchasing, scheduling, communication and workflow coordination during Truckee’s busiest seasons. Her customer-focused approach, expertise and ability to anticipate client needs make her a key driver of the company’s success in both residential and commercial markets.

Megan loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends including boating, dirt biking, hiking and backpacking.
